Dr. Pham is an adult and pediatric board certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Doctor. She graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed her PM&R residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Pham pursued a fellowship in Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine at The University of Washington and Seattle Children’s Hospital. She started her career in academic medicine at the University of Washington and Seattle Children’s Hospital, where she educated and mentored medical students, residents and fellows.
After 8 years in Seattle, the Drs. Pham decided to move their family back to the East coast. Unable to find a position that otherwise fit with her values as a clinician, Dr. Pham decided to start her own practice. It was then that she embarked on the adventure of learning the business of medicine. Her current practice, Reach Pediatric Rehab and Reach Specialties are Concierge and Boutique, respectively. These practice models allow her to provide the level of care that her complex patient population deserves, while also allowing Dr. Pham to have autonomy over her schedule, and her life.
“The journey of starting and growing my own practice has been challenging, exciting and fulfilling. I had a lot of doubt in the first year of my practice, but found that with the right support, guidance and persistence, the practice has thrived, as have I. I hope that we can support other providers in taking over their practice of medicine, practicing in line with THEIR own values, and thriving.”

Dr. Mehra decided to start her own practice in an effort to practice medicine on her own terms and provide the highest quality care to her patients. She also wanted to empower her patients and their families to take control of their child’s medical needs and have a specialist who was readily available to answer their questions. Dr. Mehra has found starting a practice to be challenging but very rewarding. Having mentored residents, fellows and junior faculty throughout her career, she joined Dr. Pham and started Doc Launch in an effort to help other physicians who wanted to practice medicine on their terms but did not know how to start. She also coaches physicians on having the right mindset in starting their practice and believing that they can be successful.
